Toda vez que eu não estou bem, eu lembro do meu lugar seguro. Ou como agora quero chamá-lo, meu lugar bom. 

Aos poucos, lembrei também que não sou muito boa em falar, mas sinto que ainda sou boa em escrever — mesmo com muitos erros ortográficos presentes nesse espaço, ainda é o melhor jeito que sei me comunicar. 

O que quero comunicar agora é que estou cansada. De verdade. Sabe aquele episódio de Modern Family em que a Alex vai para a terapia porque se cobra demais? Acho que estou chegando nesse estado. E não estou nada orgulhosa com isso. Na verdade, isso me deixa ainda mais triste. 

Mas ao contrário do que a Alex mostra e conta nesse episódio, essa cobrança que vem de dentro e que ela sente necessidade de sempre suprir, em mim é ao contrário. 

A cada dois passos que dou, fico com medo do que as pessoas podem achar de mim. A cada respirada, fico imaginando o que as pessoas estão pensando de mim. A cada resposta mal dada para mim, eu fico repensando toda a minha existência. 

Odeio ser comparada a outras pessoas. Mesmo que essas pessoas sejam as mais incríveis do mundo. Toda vez que sou comparada a alguém, eu me sinto um lixo. Vejo tudo o que aquela pessoa já fez e comparo comigo mesma e percebo que não sou nada. Sou apenas um ser humano de 1,73 vazio. 

Por que disso? Porque aprendi a ser durona e que aguento tudo. Eu sou durona? Não sei. Aguento tudo? Também não. 

Estou aqui com o rosto cheio de lágrimas. Porque eu fui criada para agradar a todos, e levo toda a minha vida, toda a minha força e o melhor que posso fazer, para agradar. Nunca a mim mesma, mas a minha família, namorado, família do namorado, chefes, supervisores, amigos, professores... eu acho que eu nunca fiz nada por mim mesma de verdade. 

E depois de 22 anos de tudo isso... cheguei ao meu limite com menos de dois meses tendo que me desdobrar tentando dar meu máximo e eu não fui percebida. Ao contrário, recebi mais cobrança, nada é o suficiente. Se ainda há algo para sugar, eles querem tudo. Eles, sociedade. Eles, sistema que estamos inseridos. Eles. Parece que isso foi a gota d'água. Eu queria que não fosse, mas eu não estou suportando mais. 

E esse é um dos (milhões de) motivos que os jovens estão tão doentes. Estamos exaustos. Sempre cansados, adiando tarefas, cumprindo outras atividades com forças inexistentes. Apenas por cumprir. Por isso, estamos fazendo tudo "meia boca". Assim como a Alex de Modern Family, fazemos mil e uma funções. Não temos o olhar da nossa família. Não temos o mínimo de consideração no trabalho, faculdade, cursos e outras mil situações. 

Lembrei que como aqui é meu lugar bom, eu posso falar o que eu quiser. Desabafar sem precisar que alguém muito próximo a mim note que eu estou precisando. Apenas chego aqui, abro meu blog, meu companheiro em tantos momentos bons e ruins, e escrevo tudo o que me vem a cabeça. Faz algum sentido? Não sei. Mas acho que você que está lendo pode se identificar com isso. 

Saiba que eu não sei o que eu devo fazer da minha vidinha. Eu estou com medo do futuro. Eu estou com medo de como meu corpo pode reagir a tanta pressão. Será se sou uma "humana de pressão" e qualquer movimento errado eu posso explodir? Quem eu vou machucar? Não quero machucar ninguém, já basta eu que estou magoada, com o coração cheio de coisa e a mente atrapalhada com tanto pensamento. 

Se você leu até aqui, obrigada. Eu vou procurar ajuda. Vou tentar conversar com todos ao meu redor. Mas odeio implorar para que as pessoas me percebam. Talvez eu me arrependa de alguma coisa porque senti culpa demais (difícil demais ter sido criada para pedir desculpa por tudo). Mas nessa noite, eu só queria desabafar. Já que muitos perto de mim não notaram nem um pouco o meu estado e sequer perguntaram algo (só teve um anjo da guarda que percebeu e ainda me fez chorar, obrigada. Eu estava precisando mesmo que alguém notasse algo porque eu achei que tudo que estava acontecendo era coisa da minha cabeça). 

É isso. Vou dormir. Tô cansadinha.
